Our standard production time is 6-8 weeks, not including shipping.
During the holiday season (September-February), production may extend up to 10 weeks due to increased order volume.

Christmas Order Deadline: Place your custom order by October 11 to have it ship by December 16.

Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
