Custom Dancewear
Our custom dancewear is made to order in the USA with care and precision:

Production time: 6–8 weeks, extending to 8–10 weeks during the busy holiday season (Oct–Feb). This does not include shipping or delivery times.

If you have not ordered from us before, we recommend placing an order for the style in Ready to Wear before ordering a custom piece to confirm fit. Once your garment is cut, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Orders are labeled “Awaiting Fulfillment” while being made; you will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on the way.

Colors, prints, and fabric textures may vary slightly from on-screen images. For best results, use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. We recommend ordering swatches if unsure.
International Orders:

Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and customs fees.

Shipping is currently unavailable to Russia and Ukraine at this time.

Please allow extra time for delivery; Elevé is not responsible for customs delays.
Ready-to-Wear Dancewear & Boutique

Stock is limited; items sell on a first-come, first-served basis.

Typical processing time Is 2–3 business days (5–7 during sales or holiday season) before shipping. Note: shipping method selected does not change processing time.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory.
Holiday Exchange Window:

RTW orders placed Nov 26–Dec 25, 2025 can be exchanged or returned for store credit until Jan 7, 2026.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped United State Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx unless otherwise requested and approved.
Domestic Orders (USA):

As of July 9th, 2023, USPS First Class is now called USPS Ground Advantage.

If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping. USPS has experienced ongoing delays.

Free standard shipping on orders $200+ (carrier based on size, weight, and destination). If you received free shipping, then return part or all of your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Express shipping reduces delivery time but does not shorten production.
-
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; any changes must be made before items ship. We are unable to change shipping destination once your order has shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider to track down their package.

Elevé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Package protection is available at checkout; if not purchased, we cannot file claims for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased package protection and find that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please click here to file a claim.
- Our website limits (USA) Priority Express Shipping to orders under $400. Domestic orders over $400 needing USPS Priority Express Shipping are possible, but will need to be approved prior to ordering and will have a heftier shipping cost. Please contact us if you are needing a large order Express shipped.
International Orders:

Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and customs fees.

USPS First Class may take 2–8+ weeks; FedEx is recommended for faster delivery and tracking.

Lost packages must be tracked with local customs; Elevé is not responsible for lost international shipments.

If you would like to change your shipping via DHL or UPS, please email info@elevedancewear.com for rates. Elevé Dancewear is not responsible to remake any international orders that get lost in shipping.

Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to ship to Ukraine or Russia at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Important Notes:

Orders combining RTW and Custom items ship together; place separate orders for faster RTW delivery.

Express shipping does not speed up custom production.

Include “need by” dates in checkout notes; we will contact you if there are issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear & Boutique:
-
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and sanitary liners attached in its original packaging. Items that do not pass inspection will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable.
-
Returned goods exceeding 8 items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
-
Store credit is available upon request.
Custom Orders:

Returns only accepted if defective, within 14 days of delivery.
-
Customer service approval is required before returning.
-
Worn, washed, or altered custom dancewear cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items:
-
Closeout items, masks, filter inserts, and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns & Exchanges:
-
For international returns or exchanges, please email info@elevedancewear.com. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, as we are unable to provide return labels. If your item is defective, send us photos via email, and our team will arrange a replacement once we receive your notification.
Holiday Returns:

RTW orders placed Nov 26–Dec 25, 2025 can be exchanged or returned for store credit until Jan 7, 2026.
Fabrics & Care
Elevé Dancewear uses high-quality Nylon and Polyester spandex blends for the base of our dancewear. Some fabrics are delicate and require extra care when washing. Elevé is not responsible for damage caused by washing or wear, and when light and dark fabrics are combined, color bleeding may occur.

Machine Wash: Turn garments inside-out and wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Remove promptly and lay flat to air dry. Avoid washing with items that could snag delicate fabrics.

Hand Wash: Use cold water and gently agitate the garment—do not soak. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Do not wring; instead, carefully press out excess water, keeping dark and light colors separate. Lay flat on a towel to dry.

Limited Stock Fabrics:

May not have enough for multiple-piece orders or large items (long skirts, tights, dresses, unitards). Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Soft vs. Matte Fabrics:
-
Soft: Polyester/Spandex blend, 250 GSM. Recommended for Unitards, Biketards, Shorts, or Tights; works well for lighter colors without full front liner.

Matte: Nylon/Spandex blend, 200 GSM. Lighter colors may be sheer; full front liner recommended.
-
GSM = grams per square meter (fabric weight).

Luxe Fabric:

Premium Nylon/Spandex blend in select RTW styles.

Super-soft feel, subtle sheen, thicker 300 GSM weight for comfort and durability.

Mesh Fabrics:

Solid Mesh: Nylon/Spandex blend, durable and flexible.

Printed Mesh: Poly/Spandex blend, soft and stretchy.
-
Mesh is sheer; compare with matching solid fabric for accurate color.

Shiny/Matte Options:

When shiny sheen is chosen, the dullest side is used outside.

Not all fabrics come in both shiny and matte; options are listed in fabric descriptions.

Other Special Fabrics:

Patterned fabrics, laces, velvets, metallics available in limited quantities.

Schools: we recommend ordering a size run first to confirm fit.

Elevé may reject orders if they do not comply with design aesthetics or color matching; our designers are available to assist with selections.

Liners

Women’s Leotards: Bust and crotch liner included; full front liner optional (small fee). Full front liner recommended for light-colored fabrics; back liner optional.

Children’s Leotards: Full front liner included unless noted.
-
Biketards & Unitards: Bust or full front liner available. Full front liner continues to crotch seam; follows side seams if present. Full front liner only covers the torso.

Recommended: wear a flat, skin-tone thong under Unitards and Biketards to avoid visible panty lines.
About Our Leg Line
Elevé Dancewear leotards feature a medium cut leg line. If you plan to wear your leotard without tights, contact us at info@elevedancewear.com for alternative leg line options.

We are not responsible for remaking custom leotards due to leg line fit.

Sizing & Alterations

Adult XS–L (XL and children’s sizes available)

Snug fit is intended; girth differs between sizes.

How to measure girth: Start your measuring tape at the curve of the neck where it meets your shoulder. Drape it down the front between your legs and up the back to meet at your starting point. It should look like you stepped through a loop. See diagram above.

Small alterations possible for a fee; alterations void exchange policy
