Eleve's custom Nadine style leotard has a high neckline in front, with a lower scoop in the back. Color block it for an ultra modern look or design it with a playful patterned fabric. Select up to four of our luxurious fabrics and choose your favorite sleeve length for a truly unique leotard that will have everyone asking where it came from!
For a cleaner appearance, if the same fabric is chosen for the Back Panel and Base, the back seam will be removed unless otherwise specified. If you want the bust seam removed, or a completely seamless version, please see our new Nadine Without Seam Leotard!

All custom dancewear is made to order with a standard production time of 6 to 8 weeks, not including shipping. During the holiday season, production times may extend to up to 10 weeks due to increased order volume. Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
