Our Black Jersey Tulip RTW Skirt is made with a beautiful rayon jersey fabric that drapes and moves wonderfully, with a matching Black matte nylon spandex narrow waistband. This skirt is part of the school uniform for the Kansas City Ballet School, the San Francisco Ballet School, and the Yvonne Chouteau School at Oklahoma City Ballet.
